What was the catalyst behind Australian football’s ‘Golden Generation’? Professional Footballers Australia (PFA) conducted a report into what made this particular generation of Australian footballers so successful. In order to bring this report to life, we assisted the PFA by creating an engaging and highly visual 64-page booklet to effectively communicate the report’s findings. A clean, crisp aesthetic ensures the report is easy to understand, the use of historic images, some of which were sourced from the participating players themselves, creates a holistic feel, and a gold accent colour is used to reflect the prestige of the report. The final outcome remains an important piece of research and reference point for establishing future ‘Golden Generations’.
